How we price our services

We offer transparent, upfront pricing. You pay only for appointments you book. Our goal is to keep your recovery affordable over time.

Initial assessments and follow up sessions cost £30.  Appointments usually last 30mins but this could include administration time, preparing documents and exercise programs.

If you have another issue that's not related then we will need a double appointment. In some cases multiple issues are linked and are assessed as one issue. For example, multiple joint pains linked to a possible inflammatory arthritis. This will be charged as a single appointment.

Payment & insurance

  • You can pay securely online with debit/credit card.

  • We issue an itemised invoice suitable for most private health insurance claims.

  • If your insurer covers physiotherapy, you can submit the invoice following your provider’s policy. We are not tied to any one insurer.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule: please give at least 24 h notice, or we may charge a small late-cancellation fee (see our T&Cs).

Cancellation & refund policy

We keep our policies simple and fair. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we ask for reasonable notice if you need to make a change.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee may still apply.

  • If you miss the appointment without letting us know, the session is charged in full.

We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds for canceled sessions

If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, we’ll refund the session fee in full.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If we need to cancel

If we ever need to reschedule or cancel your appointment:

  • we’ll give as much notice as possible

  • you can choose a new time or receive a full refund

If physiotherapy is not appropriate

If your physiotherapist determines during the assessment that your symptoms require urgent medical care or a GP review instead of physiotherapy:

  • we will explain why

  • we will guide you on the safest next steps
